Free. Forever. For every veteran.
TurboVets is the platform I wish I’d had. Veterans connect their VA account and get AI-guided help filing, tracking and winning the benefits they earned — with no fees, no claim sharks and no selling of their data. States, counties and VSOs use it free, too.
01 Why I built it
I built machines that defend nations at machine speed. Then I watched veterans wait years.
For twenty years I built automation for the hardest environments there are: a destroyer’s crypto room, the Pentagon’s cyber operations center, U.S. Cyber Command, a nation under cyberattack. In every one, the lesson was the same: when the systems don’t talk to each other, people get hurt while they wait.
Then I went through the VA system myself. I told Congress what it felt like: “a maze of disconnected systems.” Veterans were waiting years for benefits they’d already earned, and some were handing a cut of their disability pay to “claim sharks” just to get through the door. People have died waiting.
I’d already solved this exact kind of problem once — for the warfighter. So I called the team that built CyberSponse, and we came back together to solve it for the veteran. We made it free, and we made a promise that it stays free: no fees to veterans, no selling their data, ever. Not because it’s good marketing. Because it’s the mission, and I don’t charge my shipmates.
TurboVets is personal. It’s how I honor service with service. It’s how we serve now.
02 The platform
One platform. Modules that dock.
AI-driven and VA-integrated. Capabilities, not counters — the numbers go on this page when they’re public.
TurboVets
The veteran platform. Veterans connect their VA account, file and track claims with AI guidance, and families can help manage benefits.
TurboService
The platform for active-duty service members.
TurboRecruit
Careers and recruiting, connected to the same platform.
TurboTAP
The platform in the hands of service members before they separate, so no one leaves the military and starts from zero.
03 Direction
One front door, for every veteran, for life.
Live nationally and free
TurboVets is live nationally and free. Veterans connect their VA account, file and track claims with AI guidance, and families can help manage benefits. States, counties and VSOs use it free.
Transition starts in service
TurboTAP brings the platform to service members before they separate, so no one leaves the military and starts from zero. Careers and recruiting connect through TurboRecruit.
One system, for life
One system that follows a veteran and their family for life — benefits, careers, education, support — so the paperwork is done by machines and people are free to do the caring. In Joe’s House testimony: help for veterans “at no cost, for the entirety of their lives.”
“The mission ends when no veteran waits and no veteran pays. Until then, we keep building.”
04 The warriors
TurboVets leadership.
“The largest shared mission I’ve ever been part of — and the best team.”
